Implementing a records management program is only half the equation; measuring its success is the other half. In this session, you will discover successful strategies for designing program controls and audit processes for your records management program. You will learn to develop a program audit framework, including how to determine the right metrics to measure, vehicles for collecting relevant data, data sampling techniques, how to identify whom to audit, managing the data collection process, and interpreting the results.

|About the Presenter:||Christina Torres, CIPP, CRM, PMP, Director of Corporate Records for Microsoft Corporation, has more than 10 years’ experience in document and records management technology integration, policy implementation, e-discovery, and project management. Her mission is to bring records management to the next generation of integrated, compliance-enabling processes and technologies that are transparent to end-users and meet corporate legal requirements. Prior to her position at Microsoft, she held the position of Director of Records & Information Management at USAA in San Antonio, Texas.|
